• Winning new business and exceeding your annual sales targets • Building and managing a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting in Salesforce • Leading the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals - within your territory • Increasing awareness of Labman products while representing Labman at key industry events • Growing strategic customer relationships and positioning our products in-front of customers • Working closely with our product, application, and engineering teams to build a key internal network at Labman
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in territory or account sales with a strong record of hitting targets
- Technical sales background in life sciences, engineering, or product development
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in technical conversations
- A strategic, proactive and pragmatic approach to lead generation and navigation of complex sales cycles
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel 50%+ across your territory
