Role Description We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who excels at building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth within a defined region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. - Sell therapeutic lasers into Veterinary clinics and other veterinary-focused treatment facilities - Achieve assigned revenue goals - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners - Act as the main point of contact for customers within the territory, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly - Provide product demonstrations, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals - Stay informed about Company’s products and services, as well as broader industry developments - Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications - Proactively support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations - Maintain a professional and credible image with key veterinarians, consultants, suppliers, and co-workers - Actively work to promote team building and morale within the department - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Results driven with a strong sense of accountability - Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills - Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen - Ability to travel within assigned territory - Ability to work remotely and attend in-person meetings as needed - Perform other related duties and projects as assigned to support the overall success of the sales team and organization - Oversee a territory: Northwest Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required Requirements - 3+ Years of sales experience, preferably in territory or regional sales role - Experience in capital device sales into the animal health market - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
