• Hiring: Scale the NT Enterprise organisation, ensuring the right structure, talent density, and coaching infrastructure to support hypergrowth. • Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Accounts strategy aligned with Halter's expansion goals. • Run deep weekly reviews on pipeline health, forecast variance, territory performance, leading indicators, and productivity metrics. • Use field insights to shape sales strategy, territory design, role clarity, and coaching priorities. • Build strong partnerships across Halter’s global organisation to ensure QLD Enterprise needs are understood, prioritised, and acted upon. • Work with the leadership team to enable monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue.

- Seeking someone who can translate customer insights into clear product, engineering, onboarding and go-to-market requirements that influence global priorities.
- Experience working with large, multi-dimensional businesses, understanding their structure, needs and problems.
- Ability to drive consistent execution through hands-on training, ride-alongs, deal reviews and continuous improvement rhythms.
- Available to spend significant time in the field (two to three days/week), modelling best practices, supporting managers, and staying close to customer needs and market dynamics.
