• Own, drive and shape the revenue engine product strategy and roadmap, which includes increasing payment success rates, unlocking new promotional capabilities, and preventing fraud and abuse. • Analyze payment trends and processing drop-off points to identify growth and retention opportunities • Design and run A/B tests across payment and promotional touchpoints on web and app surfaces • Establish clear intake, prioritization, and decision frameworks for stakeholder requests, ensuring transparency and consistency across teams. • Lead the Revenue Engine Engineering squad to rapidly ship and iterate on improvements that meet team and company goals • Work closely with Growth Marketing, Business Operations, Legal, Infrastructure, Security, and Shopper Experience teams to align platform innovations with company goals • Drive execution on key product levers that drive growth and engagement for the overall ecosystem through cross-organizational partnership • Write clear, efficient product specs and collect data on what works and what doesn’t • Drive clear outcome metrics (e.g. payment success rates, conversion, early retention, promo abuse rate, etc) • Surface insights and learnings regularly with key stakeholders and executive leadership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA, a higher degree, and past experience in fraud and payment services are pluses.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in product management, mostly building consumer facing products and leading product teams.
  • Passion for food, technology, and creating memorable user experiences.
  • You have experience working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment; leading strategic roadmap prioritization processes with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder requests, negotiate trade-offs, and set clear expectations with Growth and Lifecycle teams.
  • Strong business and financial acumen; ability to evaluate promotional strategies based on ROI, margin impact, and long-term customer value.
  • You have excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to articulating business logic to technical partners and inspiring a distributed team.
  • You have technical proficiency with Product Management tools such as writing product briefs, user stories, performing analytics, building wireframes & prototypes, and QA testing.
  • You have a strong data-driven and analytical mindset, which you use to set hypotheses, narrow in on opportunities, and drive impact on KPIs
  • Experimentation experience in designing A/B and multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
  • You are a DO-er. You get things done with others and across teams with a problem-solving mindset and avoid unnecessary conflict.
  • Creative product ideation experience to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
  • Experience clearly communicating data driven product insights to influence leadership direction
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and visualization tools such as Tableau and MixPanel.

As a Revenue Forester 3, you will manage forest tax assessments and compliance by harvesters of private and public timber for a multi-county region. Acts as a liaison between providers, clinical quality, patient financial services, etc. to ensure collaborative relationships resulting in accuracy and integrity of the inpatient medical record. Educates members of the patient care team regarding documentation guidelines, including attending providers, allied health practitioners, nursing, quality and case management.
