GTM Enablement Leader
New Relic
• Collaborate with EMEA GTM Leadership to pinpoint Sales Enablement needs and set success metrics • Design and deliver Sales New Hire Training for EMEA to facilitate quick ramp-up to productivity • Regularly discuss emerging strategic initiatives with senior leadership and create a training schedule that incorporates regional learning needs • Partner with EMEA Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to design, build, and implement continuous enablement programs for GTM roles • Work with the Global Enablement Program to create and deliver experiential learning initiatives • Create and deliver training materials specifically designed for GTM roles in partnership with technical enablement team • Develop and implement training objectives and performance benchmarks, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in developing and delivering sales enablement content within the SaaS tech industry
- Strong ability to establish relationships across all organizational levels
- Expertise in creating and delivering value selling and sales process/methodology training
- Proven experience in training and coaching sales account executives and managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English
- Certification in methodologies like Challenger, Command of Message, & MEDDPICC (bonus)
- Experience in analyzing business needs and demonstrating value to customers (bonus)
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative team player (bonus)
- Project/program management experience (bonus)
- Ability to establish learning and performance metrics (bonus)
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment (bonus)
- Willingness to travel as needed (bonus)
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus (bonus)

• Own full-stack enablement for APAC. Scope regional needs, design program architecture, build e-learning, deliver live training, and measure impact against ramp time, discovery quality, and win rates. • Run biweekly onboarding. Deliver 5 to 6 live sessions per cohort, every two weeks, for new sellers across India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and China. Continuously improve the curriculum based on cohort feedback and ramp data. • Localize global content for APAC markets. Adapt sales decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive materials for each market. Partner with local AEs and leaders to ensure messaging lands with regional buying committees, procurement norms, and cultural expectations. Orchestrate translation and localization vendors where needed. • Be the technical translator. Explain how our voice models and Agents platform work, credibly, to sellers and in customer-facing content. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to be fluent in how the product works and why it wins. • Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Lead. Roll out partner certification and enablement programs across APAC. Localize partner-facing curricula, support regional partner onboarding, and ensure channel sellers have the same product fluency as direct teams. • Operate as part of a global team. Collaborate with enablement counterparts in the Americas and EMEA, contribute to global programs, and join the weekly team sync at 4pm CEST at least once per week.
