Vice President, Publisher Sales

• Execute sales strategy and drive revenue growth. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Oversee major accounts and negotiate high-value contracts. • Act as an expert for Freestar products and industry trends. • Prepare briefings, RFPs, case studies, and other GTM materials. • Review potential deals for pricing, strategy and profitability. • Continually optimize the sales process; creating scripts, email templates, decks, and reusable demo agendas. • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. • Handle delicate situations that have been escalated and require a high level of skill and temperament to defuse and resolve.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in an Ad Tech environment.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience with presales and projections, sales operations, business planning, and sales enablement.
  • Advanced understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, specifically header bidding. Experience working with supply/demand side services preferred.
  • Well versed in strategies for the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Hubspot preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Internally motivated with a strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple competing priorities.
  • Professional maturity, aptitude, and confidence.
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example.

Role Description Hologic is now looking for a Senior Surgical Sales Specialist to join our Gynaecological Surgical Solutions team in the UK, covering the London territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of our gynaecological surgical solutions across your region, working closely with clinicians, theatre teams and other healthcare professionals. Acting as a trusted partner to customers, you will provide product expertise, support clinical education and training, and help ensure that our technologies are effectively integrated into clinical practice. As a key ambassador for Hologic, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across hospitals and healthcare networks, helping to expand access to minimally invasive treatment options that improve outcomes and quality of life for women. What To Expect - Drive sales growth and market share for Hologic’s Gynaecological Surgical Solutions portfolio across the London territory. - Build strong, long-term relationships with gynaecologists, theatre teams and other healthcare professionals across your region. - Support the adoption and expansion of outpatient gynaecological procedures, helping customers implement efficient, minimally invasive treatment pathways. - Deliver high-quality product demonstrations, clinical support and training to ensure customers gain maximum value from Hologic’s technologies. - Develop and execute a structured territory plan, prioritising key accounts and high-value opportunities. - Analyse sales data, market activity and competitor insights to identify opportunities and respond to changing market dynamics. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, clinical support and customer service to deliver the best outcomes for customers. Qualifications - Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within surgical or theatre-based environments. - A strategic sales mindset with the ability to plan, prioritise and execute territory growth opportunities. - Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and experience working with key stakeholders including surgeons, theatre staff and procurement teams. - Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into effective business solutions. - The ability to analyse market trends and sales data to inform territory strategy and identify new opportunities. - A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues across teams to support shared objectives. Benefits - Salary: £50,000-£60,000 gross pa base + commission (OTE £75,000 – £90,000) based on target performance, with the opportunity to earn above target for those who exceed their goals. - The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. - Comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
