• Be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on outbound efforts. • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies. • Manage client relationships and contribute to brand success. • Monitor industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies. • Manage the proposal process and generate leads. • Conduct research to inform new investment projects and enhance service delivery. • Report on key marketing metrics and coordinate promotional events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in property or association management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of graphic design and UI best practices.
- Proven ability to plan, manage resources, and deliver effective presentations.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. The majority of work is seated with occasional standing and walking.
