• Lead the technical strategy for injectable drug delivery device opportunities by partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate client Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and develop competitive customer proposals. • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for injectable drug delivery devices, including prefilled syringes, needle safety devices, autoinjectors, and pen injectors, providing guidance on assembly, packaging, and labeling solutions. • Represent Thermo Fisher during customer meetings, technical presentations, bid defenses, and facility tours, effectively communicating our capabilities and differentiators. • Evaluate customer requirements, identify technical risks and opportunities, and recommend practical, executable solutions that align with operational capabilities. • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other technical experts to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and commercially competitive.

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level • Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally (Rules of Engagement – communication pathways) • On projects where the scope requires, ensure clear delineation in responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads (such as lead in a specific region, lead for a specific vendor(s) or subset of delivery) • Accountable for the overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality) • Ensure financial stewardship at a project level by demonstrating an intimate understanding of the contract, resource alignment to budget, management of Out of Scope activity, drive the Con Mod process/negotiations and team execution to timelines • Establish, communicate and manage customer expectations to achieve optimal delivery during the project • Drive Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at project level (RBQM/RESOLVE) • Ensure project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH- GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements

• Serve as SME for Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, IDAM, SSO, and MFA implementations • Manage multi-cloud and on-prem email systems including Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019, Office 365, IBM, IceWarp • Integrate email and AD systems with web-hosted apps, PTR entries, DNS, and email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Administer and integrate email solutions with critical apps like SAP SuccessFactors, HRMS, and enterprise platforms • Lead email migration, consolidation, and security enhancement projects • Configure and manage email archival using EMC SourceOne and related storage solutions • Design, implement, and maintain multi-forest/domain Active Directory systems across Windows 2003–2019 environments • Expert in Group Policy, DNS, AD replication, OU design, schema, and backup/restore strategies • Act as mentor for junior engineers • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, OEMs • Participate in project planning, execution, and documentation aligned with PMO framework • Oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and financial planning for IT initiatives • Track and report progress against project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

• Support Amgen sponsored clinical trials globally • Ensure appropriate governance and oversight of equipment and ancillary suppliers • Collaborate with senior management, and partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers for process improvement • Focus on Equipment and Ancillary suppliers with some overlap into customs and logistics • Ensure quality oversight of suppliers by working with suppliers and internal customers to resolve issues related to supplier performance • Facilitate and implement supplier governance meetings, monitoring key performance indicators, risk management and mitigation

• Responsible for managing the research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) • Ensure compliance with obtaining informed consent • Reporting potential safety-related events
