• Perform PURE 360 Risk assessments by evaluating complex and varied property conditions across regions, construction types, and environmental factors, assessing risk exposure. • Analyze and interpret findings to assess loss probability and severity, using professional judgment to determine appropriate recommendations. • Recommend loss prevention strategies by identifying practical solutions and prioritizing actions based on risk impact. • Using professional judgment, technical expertise, and discretion, this role assesses property conditions, evaluates replacement cost considerations, identifies material risk factors, and determines the significance of exposures that may affect underwriting decisions, loss potential, and business operations. • Partner with Underwriting and internal stakeholders to provide insight that supports risk selection and business decisions. • Evaluate unique site conditions and risk factors by applying technical knowledge and experience to geographic and peril-specific scenarios. • Operate independently in the field with flexibility in approach and execution, adapting methods based on property-specific conditions. • Communicate assessment results and recommendations clearly, including the rationale behind decisions and potential risk implications. • Serve as a trusted representative of the PURE brand in members’ homes, building credibility through thoughtful, knowledgeable engagement while bringing humility, professionalism, and genuine care to every interaction – delivering a service experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

• Lead government relations in Ontario and contribute to federal government relations through management of relationships, development and execution of GR plans and related materials, identification and management of issues, and research and development of policy. • Develop plans, briefing notes, and position papers for key issues, initiatives, or opportunities. • Collaborate with government and other stakeholders to develop policy options and inform policy development. • Provide strategic counsel and support to senior company leaders across a wide range of businesses and issues. • Collaborate with internal and external business partners and associations on key issues and opportunities. • Work collaboratively as a member of the government relations team and support Director of Government Relations on key files as required.

• Take ownership of the coordination and execution of on-site installation and maintenance activities • Use your working knowledge of Gas Insulated Switchgear to make informed decisions on technical matters • Proactively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects/services are safely and successfully delivered • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement necessary quality assurance measures to minimize project risks • Build relationships with our customers, pursue new business opportunities, and ensure a high level of satisfaction • Prepare field-related reports, protocols, and updates on site progress
