• Serve as the primary business development partner for a defined set of brokers. • Conduct regular meetings and sales calls to broker partners to execute defined plans, measure progress, and achieve established KPI’s. • Identify, appoint, and effectively onboard new brokers. • Implement strategies to increase production with the intent of writing profitable business. • Increase large account production among a short list of specified broker partners. • Proactively manage underperforming brokers, as needed. • Build relationships and positive awareness of PURE among important COIs; and, Explore/advance new partnerships and programs to grow the PURE membership including; Family Offices, Wealth Management Firms, Risk Management firms, Real Estate, etc. • Establish personal relationships with a network of influential PURE promoters who unsolicited and willingly share their enthusiasm for PURE with others. • Actively participate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders for the development of the region/territory growth and profit plan and oversee its successful execution.

• Write clean and maintainable Python code. • Collaborate with teammates to design and implement features in a shared, version-controlled Python codebase. • Design, develop, and maintain both back-end and front-end code for various parts of the insurance rating lifecycle. • Engage with stakeholders across different business units to gather requirements, understand their business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. • Analyze customer data to understand rating logic and ensure accuracy of rating. • Learn P&C insurance concepts and products and apply this knowledge to develop code-based solutions that meet business needs.

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of new and innovative rating plans for personal auto and home insurance products. • Build and refine pricing models using GLMs, GBMs, and other ML techniques to sharpen risk segmentation and deliver competitive price accuracy. • Drive feature engineering efforts and identify, evaluate, and integrate external data sources to enhance model performance and predictive power. • Design and build efficient, scalable, and repeatable processes for model development, data pipelines, and rating plan deployment. • Own the technical documentation, validation, and peer review of rating plan changes to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Underwriting, and other business and analytical teams to develop and implement changes. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior actuaries and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high performance team culture.
