Job Requirements
- Completed qualification in mechanical engineering (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University).
- Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development, or special/custom machinery and plant engineering.
- Practical experience in design, manufacturing, or joining technologies with a solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility.
- Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent CAD skills and experience with PDM, PLM, or ERP systems.
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with strong logical thinking skills.
- High level of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality, and confident presence as a technical interface.
- Business-fluent German and English.

Role Description We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex infrastructure deployments across our U.S. data centers. This is not a traditional PMO role. The ideal candidate has real experience with physical data center deployments, server infrastructure, GPU clusters, power and cooling systems, hardware validation, and cross-functional execution in fast-paced deployment environments. This role requires someone who can operate with a builder mindset, solve problems independently, and drive execution in a high-growth environment where speed and technical depth matter.
