Job Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong experience in Healthcare, with Medicaid domain expertise
- Experience managing enterprise software development and delivery teams
- Good understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture, Microservices, NoSQL, and Enterprise Applications
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior hands-on software development experience.
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Experience delivering large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives.

Role Description We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager (AI, MuleSoft) to join our team in Remote, Colima (MX-COL), Mexico (MX). - The TPM should be tech savvy and should have a fair knowledge of MuleSoft, possess certain AI skills, and have a fair knowledge of Automation. - Create, execute, and monitor program level communication, quality, and change management strategies. - Produce project documentation and project plans to team standards, and within the current project lifecycle standards, soliciting business sign off, governance, and action where appropriate. - Provide support and oversight of implementation through project completion. - Manage multiple project deadlines, budgets, margins, and contracted deliverables. - Facilitate regular meetings to review the current state of projects, issues, additional needs, and answer questions. - Develop and implement consistent and standardized processes and methodology. - Drive the intellectual content on engagements, serving as the lead professional and driving the highest quality of work. - Develop and maintain client relationships and seek out additional business development opportunities. - Ensure the team achieves performance and customer service metrics. • Manage and maintain the Client domain project portfolio, including project status, timelines, risks, dependencies, budget indicators, and key decisions. • Prepare and facilitate portfolio governance meetings, including weekly project reviews, monthly check-ins, and executive-level reporting. • Consolidate inputs from multiple teams and ensure portfolio information is accurate, up to date, and action-oriented. • Track project prioritization, delivery capacity, major milestones, and business/technical impacts across the portfolio. • Identify portfolio-level risks, conflicts, dependencies, and resource constraints, and escalate them when needed. • Support the definition and improvement of PMO standards, templates, reporting, and governance practices. • Lead cross-team initiatives across the Client domain and the broader Omnichannel macro-domain, including eCommerce, Client, and Data. • Build and maintain detailed project plans covering business, functional, technical, architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment, and change management activities. • Work closely with architects, product owners, technical leads, QA, business teams, and vendors to define delivery plans and track execution. • Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action plans. • Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.
