Role Description We're seeking a Cloud Networking Architect to design, deploy, and optimize our network infrastructure as we scale. You'll drive automation initiatives, roll out new technologies across markets, and serve as the go-to network expert for our Operations team. This role blends hands-on technical work—troubleshooting, configuration, vendor management—with mentorship and process improvement, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Work closely within the Operations team to ensure fast, smooth roll-out of new designs and products. - Identify and take ownership for opportunities to automate repeatable networking tasks through creation and maintenance of scripts and tools. - Plan and execute scheduled maintenance for network growth and upgrades. - Configure and deploy new technologies and equipment in multiple markets. - Act as a reference for the Operations team on network related subjects. - Work with customers when needed, providing a great customer experience. - Work with network providers to activate new services or troubleshoot existing services. - Work with network vendors/manufacturers for troubleshooting and case management. - Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including troubleshooting of network device configuration for routers. - Deliver customer centric solutions and processes that are simple, sustainable, and repeatable. - Create and review documentation and process regarding recurring issues, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material, etc. - Contribute through innovation to the reduction in the end-to-end cost of delivery. - Mentor other 5C staff and peers on network administration and innovation and conduct training sessions as needed. - Participate in on-call rotation. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a data related field. - 5 years operating networks with experience in Juniper, Cisco, and optical network equipment. - Significant experience with networking protocols and concepts: BGP, OSPF, TCP, UDP, HSRP/VRRP, DNS, ARP, Tunnels & Port Channeling. - Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. - Ability to participate in on-call duties are an expected part of this position. - Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure. - Demonstrated ability to be customer-service oriented. - Ability to build and maintain collaboration with internal and external partners. - Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English). - Software development/scripting skills are highly desired - specifically Python, NETCONF, Ansible. - Working experience with Spine-Leaf architecture (EVPN with VXLAN). - CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIS certifications a plus. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of AI Cluster Deployment to lead the planning, deployment, integration, and operational readiness of large-scale AI infrastructure environments. This role is responsible for delivering production-grade GPU clusters that support AI training, inference, and high-performance computing workloads across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in GPU infrastructure, networking, storage, automation, and datacenter deployment, combined with strong program leadership and cross-functional execution skills. This leader will oversee end-to-end AI cluster deployment initiatives, including hardware integration, rack-and-stack operations, provisioning automation, performance validation, and operational handoff. The role requires hands-on familiarity with modern AI infrastructure tooling and architectures, including Canonical MaaS, VAST Data storage platforms, and both InfiniBand and Ethernet-based GPU networking fabrics.
