Key Account Manager – eCommerce Solutions

• We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong technical understanding of eCommerce solutions and integrations. The role focuses on expanding long-term partnerships by identifying growth opportunities across scandiweb’s digital commerce, development, and experience services. • Our Key Account Managers work with international eCommerce brands and enterprise clients such as *Puma, Läderach, Samsung, and The New York Times,* helping them scale their digital commerce operations. The role combines strategic account growth with active sales engagement to uncover opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of web development and/or project management methodologies
  • Technical understanding of eCommerce components and structure
  • Hands-on experience selling digital solutions
  • Self-motivation to learn new frameworks and systems to advance your expertise
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as *Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Hyvä, Akeneo, or PimCore*
  • Experienced in nurturing relationships with clients
  • Confident communication skills – can express yourself clearly in spoken, written, and presentation formats
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical and commercial proposals
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. scandiweb works internationally
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including Europe, the Middle East, and the US.
