Establish core architecture, observability, and audit-trail standards. - RaaS Delivery Layer: Build the internal infrastructure that lets the team configure, monitor, and optimize AI performance without scaling engineering headcount. - Unit Economics: Own the trade-offs between AI quality and cost-per-call, and lock in unit economics within the $499/month pricing model. - Customer & Market: Represent the company in front of lawyers, partners, and investors as the technical voice of the venture. - Roadmap: Convert pilots into paying customers, expand the AI staff beyond the front desk, and begin a path toward custom and self-hosted models where legal and privacy requirements demand it. - Team: Recruit and lead the founding engineering team, and establish the cultural foundation of the company. Co-Founder & CEO - AI Reverse Logistics Orchestration Platform
FutureSightWe build world-class software companies with values driven founders.
Role Description FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead a new AI-native reverse logistics orchestration venture. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role. Reverse logistics — everything that happens after a sale — has become one of the largest and least controlled cost centers in modern commerce. We are building an AI-first orchestration layer that sits between customers, fulfillment networks, and finance systems. The platform enforces policy at intake, captures evidence at the source, determines the optimal path for each return, and tracks outcomes through to financial closure. Market Context - Global reverse logistics activity is estimated at $700B–$900B annually, with projections exceeding $1T by 2030. - US consumers returned roughly $743B of merchandise in 2023, accounting for 14–18% of total retail sales. - In e-commerce-heavy categories, return rates routinely exceed 25–40%, versus approximately 9–10% for in-store purchases. - Processing a single return typically costs 20–65% of the item's value. - Rising return volumes, traceability expectations, and sustainability pressure are converging to make this a systems problem, not a policy one. The Partnership - Founder equity with meaningful ownership from inception. - Pre-seed capital committed by FutureSight for early hires and MVP development, with potential for follow-on funding. - Venture building resources, including embedded design, engineering, growth, and fundraising support from day one. - Investor and advisor network across vertical AI and early-stage capital markets. - A true co-creation model in which you operate as CEO with FutureSight's cross-functional team as your partner. What you'll own - Set the venture's direction and lead its execution. - Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning. - Lead pilots with operations-heavy commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations. - Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback. - Lead the seed raise, supported by FutureSight's network and traction. - Recruit and lead the founding team, and establish the cultural foundation of the company. Co-Founder Profile - Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company. - Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement. - Fundraising fluency, with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital. - Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent. - Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company. - Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments. How to Apply Please submit your resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on why this venture aligns with your goals as a founder. We will move quickly for the right candidate. FutureSight is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.

Role Description FutureSight is seeking an applied AI builder to co-found and lead the technical direction of a new B2B AI venture from the ground up. This is a co-founder partnership with founder-level equity and founder-level authority, not a salaried executive role. - Take a vague problem, frame it clearly, design the right system, and turn it into something customers actually use and trust. - This is a full-time, exclusive commitment to building and owning a single B2B AI venture from the ground up. Co-Founder & CTO - AI PropTech for Municipal Approvals
FutureSightWe build world-class software companies with values driven founders.
Role Description Development and infrastructure projects operate through fragmented workflows involving multiple stakeholders, consultants, agencies, and approval bodies. Critical issues often surface late, coordination across teams breaks down, and experienced project managers become the operational bottleneck. Most software in this category focuses on task tracking or document management. We believe the next generation of platforms will instead structure decision-making, verification, and submission readiness across complex operational workflows. We are building toward that future. This is an opportunity to help define a new category at the intersection of applied AI, operational systems, and high-trust workflows. The Venture Landera is building workflow intelligence software for development and infrastructure teams managing complex approval and coordination processes. The focus is not generic automation. The focus is on helping teams: - Surface risk earlier - Improve coordination across stakeholders - Structure high-friction workflows - Increase operational throughput without increasing risk We are approaching this as a systems problem first, not a feature problem. The company is currently in formation with active design partners, validated customer demand, and strong early market feedback. The Partnership The CEO co-founder is already in place and has completed extensive customer discovery across development, planning, and infrastructure workflows. We are looking for a technical co-founder who wants to help shape both: - The product vision - The underlying technical architecture This is not a traditional CTO hire. You will operate as a true founder with meaningful ownership, strategic influence, and responsibility across: - Product - Engineering - Hiring - Fundraising - Company direction What you'll own As Co-Founder & CTO, you will: - Architect and build the company’s initial product and technical foundation - Design reliable systems for high-trust operational workflows - Lead technical direction across infrastructure, AI systems, and application architecture - Work directly with design partners to shape product direction and workflow design - Establish engineering standards around reliability, auditability, and explainability - Recruit and lead the founding engineering team - Partner directly with the CEO on fundraising and company strategy Co-Founder Profile We are looking for someone who: - Has experience shipping production-grade software systems in environments where outputs carried operational or business consequences - Has strong technical judgment across modern AI systems, data pipelines, workflow software, and secure SaaS architecture - Understands the tradeoffs between automation, reliability, and human oversight - Enjoys solving ambiguous systems problems with high ownership - Wants to build as a founder, not operate as an employee Strongly preferred: - Prior startup or founder experience - Experience in PropTech, AEC, GovTech, legal tech, fintech, or other high-trust workflow domains - Experience building systems involving document understanding, workflow orchestration, or operational intelligence Why this is interesting We believe large operational industries are entering a transition where software moves from: - Recording work to Structuring and validating decisions The companies that build trusted systems in these environments will define entirely new categories of workflow software. This is an opportunity to build one from the ground up. How to Apply Please submit your resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on why this venture aligns with your goals as a founder. We will move quickly for the right candidate. FutureSight is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.

Role Description FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Weli AI, a B2B WealthTech venture. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role. Weli AI is an embedded intelligence layer for wealth advisors. It integrates market and news signals with client and portfolio data to surface prioritized next-best actions and auto-draft client communications in the advisor's voice. Co-Founder & CEO - AI Healthcare Revenue Recovery
FutureSightWe build world-class software companies with values driven founders.
Role Description FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Reclaim, an AI-native denial management and revenue recovery venture. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role. We are entering a $16B+ Total Addressable Market with a gaping $7.5B–$10B whitespace, targeting the highly underserved mid-market segment. Currently, 30–40% of denied medical claims go uncontested because practices lack the staff and capital to contest them. This systemic failure leaves between $50,000 and $300,000 in legally earned revenue permanently abandoned at each practice every year. Reclaim AI resolves denied and aged claims end-to-end, embedding outcome-based contingency pricing—meaning practices pay zero upfront, and we only take a cut of the dollars we successfully recover, for our target ideal customer profile (practices with $80K+ in annual recoverable claims). Market Context - The pain is so severe, practices are building their own tech: The frustration of payer opacity is so deep that medical billers are hiring part-time software engineers to build in-house robotic process automation (RPA) scrapers just to check claim statuses. - Massive, emotional write-offs: Staff carry immense guilt over these administrative losses. One small-practice assistant admitted, "I feel like we probably had to write off probably close to a million dollars" simply because they couldn't keep up with the manual follow-ups. - The "Payer-Side Inversion" Opportunity: We discovered that insurance companies are drowning in the exact same claims dysfunction they generate. One major payer we interviewed reported a backlog of 31,000 contested claims that consumed 80% of their staff's operational capacity, forcing emergency hires just to manage the disputes. - The Competition is Distracted: Well-funded Tier-1 competitors are charging $15K+ upfront licensing fees and fighting over enterprise health systems. The competitive window to capture the mid-market with a contingency-priced autonomous agent is wide open. The Partnership - Founder equity with meaningful ownership from inception - Pre-seed capital committed by FutureSight for early hires and MVP development, with potential for follow-on funding - Venture building resources, including embedded design, engineering, growth, and fundraising support from day one - Investor and advisor network across vertical AI and early-stage capital markets - A true co-creation model in which you operate as CEO with FutureSight's cross-functional team as your partner What You’ll Own - Strategy — Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning - Customer Development — Lead pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion - Product — Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback - Capital — Lead the seed raise, supported by FutureSight's network and traction - Team — Recruit and lead the founding team, and establish the cultural foundation of the company Co-Founder Profile - Domain & Workflow Depth: You have direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management. You understand the nuanced differences in denial codes, know why administrative denials (like credentialing gaps) are uniquely painful, and intuitively understand the fragmented systems (e.g., Tebra, eClinicalWorks, Availity) that billers are forced to use. - Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company - Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement - Fundraising fluency, with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital - Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent - Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company How to Apply Please submit your resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on why this venture aligns with your goals as a founder. We will move quickly for the right candidate. FutureSight is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
Co-Founder & CEO - AI Communication Agents for Freight & Logistics
FutureSightWe build world-class software companies with values driven founders.
Role Description FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead HawkAI, an enterprise AI venture for US logistics brokerages, carriers, and warehouse operators. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role. HawkAI deploys always-on, multi-channel "AI workers" that autonomously manage high-volume freight communications across calls, texts, and emails, integrating directly with core freight systems including TMS, load boards, and broker/carrier databases. The platform handles: - Track-and-trace calls - Appointment scheduling - Carrier rate negotiation - Proof-of-delivery capture - Shipment status updates It autonomously resolves 90%+ of routine communications and escalates only exceptions to human staff. Partnership - Founder equity with meaningful ownership from inception. - Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning across freight brokerages, 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse operators. - Lead pilots with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion targeting Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations. - Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback, focusing on TMS and load board integrations, conversational AI quality, and autonomous workflow execution. - Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries, with familiarity in AI agents/LLMs. How to Apply Please submit your resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on why this venture aligns with your goals as a founder. We will move quickly for the right candidate. FutureSight is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
