• We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong technical understanding of eCommerce solutions and integrations. The role focuses on expanding long-term partnerships by identifying growth opportunities across scandiweb’s digital commerce, development, and experience services. • Our Key Account Managers work with international eCommerce brands and enterprise clients such as *Puma, Läderach, Samsung, and The New York Times,* helping them scale their digital commerce operations. The role combines strategic account growth with active sales engagement to uncover opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations.
• Own SEO strategy and KPI progress across assigned client accounts. • Act as the main strategic point of contact for clients, providing clear updates, proactive recommendations, and confident direction. • Lead strategy reviews, reporting calls, and QBRs, connecting SEO performance to business impact. • Monitor risks, blockers, and signs of client concern or dissatisfaction, and create recovery plans before issues escalate. • Identify growth opportunities and propose new initiatives or scope expansions that can drive measurable results. • Turn recurring SEO tasks into repeatable templates, workflows, or automation. • Set up monitoring for ranking changes, technical issues, competitor activity, and visibility gaps in AI search results. • Build recurring processes for auditing and improving technical SEO, structured data, internal linking, and content visibility. • Monitor how often clients’ brands are mentioned or recommended in AI search results, identify gaps, and suggest actions to improve visibility. • Decide which SEO tasks should be handled by specialists, AI tools, or a combination of both. • Create quality checks for automated SEO workflows, combining tool-based checks with human review. • Maintain shared prompt, workflow, and automation libraries for the SEO team. • Help SEO Specialists adopt AI tools and workflows in a structured, quality-controlled way. • Continuously identify repetitive work that can be simplified, automated, or improved. • Stay up to date with SEO, AI search behavior, algorithm updates, and automation tools. • Turn new trends and tools into practical workflows that improve client delivery and results.
