Program Development and Facilitation Intern
REAPRA PTE. LTD.
- Assist in planning and facilitating IFD sessions and Purpose Design sessions focused on identity exploration, worldview development and life mission framing - Support facilitators in creating productive and engaging learning environments - Observe participant interactions and identify opportunities to deepen engagement - Build strong working relationships with participants throughout the client journey - Act as a consistent point of contact and support - Communicate thoughtfully and adapt your approach depending on individual needs and contexts - Conduct research to strengthen facilitation practices and participant experiences - Contribute to team discussions about ideas and improvements to existing frameworks and methodologies - Capture key insights, track participant progress and maintain clear documentation - Support internal coordination across different initiatives

- Experience in facilitation, mentoring, education, coaching, research, community work, or similar people-focused roles is advantageous

Pre-College Regional Coordinator – Southeast PA

• Build and sustain strong relationships with high schools and career and technical centers within the assigned region to support Pre-College program growth and meet established outreach and enrollment goals • Engage and collaborate with educators and school leaders to introduce, expand, and support Pre-College opportunities • Plan and deliver engaging presentations to small and large groups of students, families, and school personnel to increase awareness, participation, and program interest • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner and prospective schools, clearly communicating program offerings, partnership requirements, and participation processes • Support students and families throughout the Pre-College experience by providing guidance, answering questions, assisting with registration, and ensuring high-quality, student-centered experience • Collaborate closely with internal teams across Pre-College, Enrollment, Academic Affairs, and Student Services to support coordinated outreach, student success, and continued program growth • Track outreach activities, partnerships, and student engagement using College technology systems, travel within the assigned region as needed, and contribute to achieving program goals and strategic growth priorities • Ability to work during high impact time periods and enrollment periods • All other duties as assigned
• Own workforce planning, capacity modelling and resourcing strategy for our clinical function. • Build forecasting models, capacity plans and efficiency initiatives. • Set up tools, processes and rhythms needed for resourcing the business. • Handle day-to-day resourcing decisions that keep the clinical team running smoothly. • Report to the Head of Clinical Operations with a path to broader Resourcing leadership.
