Fundraising Specialist/Fundraising Lead

• Identify and research potential investors, including angel investors, private investors, funds, and business contacts • Build and manage a high-quality investor pipeline • Approach and engage relevant investors through warm introductions, direct outreach, networking, and other channels • Present and pitch the project in a clear, compelling, and credible way • Translate the product vision, market opportunity, and business potential into a strong investor narrative • Manage communication and follow-ups with potential investors throughout the fundraising process • Support investor conversations, negotiations, and deal structuring together with the project stakeholders • Help refine fundraising materials, messaging, and positioning based on investor feedback • Drive the fundraising process from initial contact to closing
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, investment attraction, investor relations, startup fundraising, or working directly with investors.
- Strong understanding of how to present and position early-stage projects to investors
- Ability to communicate business value clearly at an executive/investor level
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the fundraising process
- Entrepreneurial mindset and result-oriented approach
- Excellent English communication skills
- Existing network of investors, entrepreneurs, business angels, funds, or business leaders
- Nice to Have**
- Experience fundraising for SaaS, AI, marketplace, B2B, procurement, or technology products
- Experience working with early-stage startups
- Existing access to investors interested in AI, B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or procurement-related solutions
- Background as an entrepreneur, business consultant, investment advisor, or startup operator
- Experience preparing or improving pitch materials, investor messaging, or fundraising strategy
