• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of corporate network infrastructure across multiple global office locations (India, US, The Philippines) • Foster a culture of customer service excellence, accountability, and continuous learning to delight our end users • Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 network engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development • Oversee office network stacks including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and related infrastructure • Troubleshoot complex network issues remotely across geographically distributed sites • Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and best practices • Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and technology refresh cycles • Collaborate with Corporate IT, Information Security, Product Infrastructure, and application teams on cross-functional initiatives • Manage vendor relationships for network hardware, software, and support services • Monitor network performance and implement optimization strategies • Drive network architecture decisions that support business growth and security requirements

• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure for availability and performance. • Evaluate new networking technologies and strategies. • Participate in project planning and delivery activities. • Work multiple project and work streams concurrently and deliver projects on time and on budget. • Participate in roadmap and architecture planning activities. • Respond to network and/or voice related incidents, troubleshoot and assess and provide remediation plans. • Work network related incident and trouble tickets, and on-call rotation. • Maintain network and voice standard operating procedures, diagrams, and maintenance plans. • Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure the network stays operational.

• Respond to security alerts (Huntress, Blumira), including investigation, containment, remediation, and documentation of results • Perform preventive maintenance: monitoring reviews, patch coordination, system cleanup, and environment standardization • Automate repeatable tasks using PowerShell (onboarding/offboarding, reporting, recurring fixes) • Manage ticket workflows and client communication using ConnectWise Manage • Perform remote monitoring and remediation through Datto RMM • Create and maintain clear documentation and procedures for repeatable solutions • Lead Disaster Recovery planning and testing across environments • Execute emergency VM and server recovery when required • Troubleshoot and administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP) • Manage Microsoft 365 environments and Azure identity/security settings • Support networking infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, switching, and Wi-Fi (Meraki preferred; UniFi/Netgear helpful) • Participate in a limited on-call rotation for critical server outages only

• Own and lead end-to-end network architecture for large, complex customer environments • Drive architecture discovery through comprehensive current-state assessments • Develop high-quality architectural deliverables • Lead initiatives to stabilize and mature network operations • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders • Provide architectural governance throughout the delivery lifecycle • Serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex network issues • Embed security into architecture and operational practices • Drive enterprise-wide network engineering standards • Mentor senior engineers and architects to elevate architectural quality and consistency
