Network Analyst
CVS Health
• Analyze network performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making • Provide complete analyses and actionable insights to Sales and Account Management teams to support client strategies and business growth • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations • Assist in the development of strategies to optimize network efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple sources • Manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience analyzing data and creating reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and Access (queries, database management)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Coursework or certifications in data analysis, database management, or network strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
