Lead Network Engineer

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of corporate network infrastructure across multiple global office locations (India, US, The Philippines) • Foster a culture of customer service excellence, accountability, and continuous learning to delight our end users • Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 network engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development • Oversee office network stacks including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and related infrastructure • Troubleshoot complex network issues remotely across geographically distributed sites • Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and best practices • Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and technology refresh cycles • Collaborate with Corporate IT, Information Security, Product Infrastructure, and application teams on cross-functional initiatives • Manage vendor relationships for network hardware, software, and support services • Monitor network performance and implement optimization strategies • Drive network architecture decisions that support business growth and security requirements
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise with enterprise networking technologies: switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN
- Experience with major network vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Meraki, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot networks remotely across multiple sites
- 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical team members
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible)
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
- Background or familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) and security frameworks
