Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a preference for candidates with 15-20 years of experience - Proven ability to handle cases independently from start to finish - Experience taking and defending depositions, including liability depositions - Trial preparation experience is essential - Must be licensed to practice law in California - State and federal experience is preferred - Trial experience is strongly preferred Requirements - Manage a caseload of 45-50 personal injury cases, including slip and fall, car accidents, and medical malpractice - Oversee cases from inception to resolution, demonstrating strong organizational skills - Conduct depositions and trial preparation, ensuring thorough readiness for court - Travel throughout California for trial appearances - Collaborate with a paralegal and case manager to support case progression - Engage in negotiations to secure favorable settlements for clients Benefits - Remote - 401K plan with employer contributions - Vacation time accrued after 90 days of employment - Standard paid holidays, with additional time off during the holiday season - Supportive and collaborative work environment
