• Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp and email • Present courses and answer prospective students’ questions in a consultative and empathetic manner • Prepare sales proposals and manage the negotiation process through to enrollment closure • Use the CRM to record all interactions and track the sales funnel • Follow established follow-up routines to maintain a consistent, warm cadence toward closing deals • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and areas for improvement • Prepare performance reports and detail the commercial funnel • Maintain post-sale relationships, supporting students at the start of their educational journey • Monitor students after sale to ensure satisfaction and retention
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in consultative sales (courses, educational services, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills, objection handling, persuasion and empathetic communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial follow-up routines
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection to work remotely
- Availability to attend initial in-person training in Méier – RJ
- Proficiency with sales CRM systems and consultative sales processes
- Ability to manage negotiations and handle objections
- Experience selling services
- Experience selling technical or vocational courses
- Experience with inbound leads and CRMs (such as Pipedrive or RD Station)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and the buyer journey
