• Presenting franchise brand offerings using marketing materials and store tours • Sending franchise leads to corporate for discovery day tours • Maintaining relationships with existing franchisees in an assigned region • Acting as a leader in the development of franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership arrangements • Working with business brokers and consultants • Attending trade shows across America with the team • Conduct virtual meetings with prospects when necessary
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in business ownership or outside transactional sales
- Strong experience with a CRM system
- Ability to achieve goals and exceed expectations under pressure
- Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office products
- Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Must be able to maintain a credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Role Description The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for calling on Emergency Medical Service Departments, Fire Departments, Ambulance Services, hospital-based transport programs, air medical services, and other pre-hospital healthcare organizations within an assigned territory.
