In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted travel expert for German-speaking customers, assisting them in planning, booking, and managing their travel experiences through a leading online travel agency platform. - Provide expert travel advice and personalised recommendations to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat. - Assist customers with the research, planning, and booking of flights, hotels, holiday packages, car rentals, and ancillary travel services. - Handle post-booking enquiries including amendments, cancellations, refund requests, and rebooking arrangements. - Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer's travel experience. - Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, destination information, airline policies, and accommodation options. - Liaise with third-party suppliers, airlines, and hotel partners to resolve customer queries. - Accurately log all customer interactions, booking details, and complaint resolutions within the company's CRM system. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain high service quality standards.
