• Work as part of a team of integration consultants on a project • Support the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud based Workday HCM system • Document, implement, deploy and support integration solutions within a Workday implementation project • Develop and share expert knowledge of the Workday product and integration platform toolset • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT
  • Workday Integrations Certified
  • Good understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges
  • Good customer focus, with some experience in a client facing environment
  • Some consulting skills e.g., presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable of working within (remote) teams and alongside customers
  • Willing to learn in depth about relevant subject matter i.e. regulations and practices internationally
  • Willing to travel to work with customers on site

We invite experienced people relations professionals to join us as a Physician & Faculty Relations Consultant Senior—a critical role that strengthens our mission by guiding leaders through complex provider relations, enabling enterprise standards, and transforming culture, accountability, and performance for employed physicians, faculty, medical residents, fellows, and Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs). The Physician & Faculty Relations Consultant Senior partners with leaders across clinical, academic, and administrative domains to resolve complex people matters, mitigate risk, and reinforce a culture of empathy, rigor, and trust. This role is responsible for advanced consultation with leaders on performance, conduct, policies, and governance, applying frameworks that support defensible decisions and sustainable behavior change—not transactional case management. You will shape enterprise consistency, encourage continuous improvement, and drive solutions that address root causes and create lasting organizational impact for our provider and trainee populations.
