• Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper governance, data security, and compliance • Configure and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes • Perform data management tasks such as data imports, deduplication, data quality checks, and building advanced reports & dashboards for business insights • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure stable and efficient Salesforce operations • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions • Support ongoing enhancements and participate in monthly release cycles, including testing, deployment, and documentation

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets)
  • Experience creating complex reports and dashboards
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
