Job Description

Full Stack Marketer

Polaris

Role Description Be the driving force behind the entire marketing engine of an established, fast-growing company. Where most assistants own one lane — content, funnels, or ads — you'll own the full stack: turning ideas into content, content into leads, leads into booked calls, and data into decisions. Working directly with the Founder, you'll execute with precision across social media, copywriting, funnel operations, and paid ads — with AI built into every layer of your workflow to 10x your output. You won't just support growth — you'll be the one person the Founder trusts to run the machine end to end. Responsibilities - Content Creation & Copywriting - Leverage AI to research market trends, viral content references, and competitor creatives, compiling findings into concise content idea lists and creative briefs. - Set up Claude/AI writing projects with accurate instructions and context files (brand voice, ICP, offer docs) to produce brand-aligned first drafts. - Write and refine platform-native copy: reel titles and captions, carousels, talking-head scripts, long-form articles, and email sequences (welcome, opt-in, and pre-call nurture). - Repurpose long-form videos into platform-native outputs: short-form reels, LinkedIn articles, blogs, and email content. - Video & Graphic Design - Transform raw talking-head footage into engaging short-form reels with accurate cuts, pacing, captions, hooks, and b-roll overlays. - Design graphics, quote cards, carousels, thumbnails, and lead magnets in alignment with brand guidelines. - QA all content and assets before publication — links, captions, formatting, mobile view, and brand voice. - Social Media & Audience Management - Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-time publishing across platforms. - Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions; pre-qualify leads and route them toward booked calls. - Set up ManyChat automations for new followers, CTA opt-ins, and follow-up flows. - Manage outreach and DM conversations from first touch through opt-in, follow-up, and post-webinar sequences. - Funnel & CRM Operations (GoHighLevel) - Set up GHL sub-accounts from scratch: domains, email/SMS (with A2P verification), custom fields, and snapshots. - Build and customize lead magnet and VSL funnels, including forms, calendars, integrations, and automated email/SMS sequences. - Maintain CRM hygiene: contact tagging, smartlist segmentation, pipeline staging, and automated opportunity triggers. - QA every funnel end to end on desktop and mobile before publishing. - Meta Ads Support - Research competitor ads and messaging angles; format and publish static and video ad creatives. - Set up lead ad forms, campaigns, custom/lookalike audiences, pixels, and Conversion API with GoHighLevel. - Monitor campaign metrics daily and flag anomalies (spend spikes, tracking discrepancies) immediately. - Tracking, Reporting & Ownership - Set up tracking across Meta Pixels, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and UTMs; troubleshoot data discrepancies across platforms. - Build dashboards and trackers that accurately report performance across content, funnels, and ad campaigns. - Deliver weekly reports that end with insight and recommendation — what worked, likely why, and what to kill, scale, or test next — never just numbers. - When a metric lags behind target, flag it to the Founder with a proposed fix rather than reporting and moving on. - Systems & Documentation - Use AI to document recurring tasks into clear SOPs, process maps, and shareable snapshots so execution becomes faster and repeatable. - Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and propose AI or automation solutions to increase output. Results (KPIs) - 100% adherence to content production calendar (edited, approved, scheduled). - ≥95% QA pass rate across submitted content, funnels, and automations — minimal factual, formatting, or brand-voice errors. - 100% GHL CRM hygiene — well-maintained pipelines, tags, workflows, and campaigns. - ≥95% reporting accuracy across campaign tracking (Meta Pixel, UTM, Google Analytics). - <30-minute response time to social media interactions, lead outreach opportunities, and Founder messages during shifts. - Weekly performance reports delivered on time, each with at least one actionable recommendation. - Measurable growth in audience engagement and lead generation quarter over quarter. Work Schedule - Full-time position. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. - Exact shift times based on the founder's timezone — may require working across North American, European, or Australia/Asia Pacific time zones. - Availability may be required around key publishing windows and campaign launches. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years virtual work experience in marketing execution (agency experience highly preferred). - Excellent written and spoken English — able to match a founder's brand voice in client-facing copy. - Proven experience with GoHighLevel at agency and sub-account levels. - Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Descript, or DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma) — portfolio required. - Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages; ManyChat experience preferred. - Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking. - Confident and proactive in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity across daily workflows. - Self-starter with extreme ownership: flags problems before being asked, brings solutions with problems, and never marks a task done that isn't. - Detail-obsessed: sends test emails before broadcasts, previews funnels on mobile, and checks every link before anything goes live. - Comfortable communicating with sophisticated entrepreneurs, with strong verbal and video presentation. Benefits - Competitive salary starting at 860 USD / month. - Eligibility to earn quarterly bonuses of up to 1,600 USD per year. - Pay rise potential according to experience and performance. - Opportunity to be hired for projects at higher one-off fees on top of standard salary. - Access to Polaris's AI-marketing training curriculum and ongoing coaching for career development. - Work-from-home privilege. - Opportunity to work alongside a high-performing marketing assistant team and world-class Founders scaling businesses across 14+ countries.
