Role Description The Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the credentialing and re-credentialing process for all practitioners applying for medical or allied health staff membership and/or clinical privileges. Provide support for all credentialing functions within the Medical Staff Office. • Develop and foster relationships with key decision-makers at biotech and pharmaceutical companies • Manage assigned territory by building a strong sales pipeline and advancing sales opportunities • Generate new leads and prospects through analysis of industry activity, conducting initial research, and phone contact • Vet-qualified sales lead from other sources, including inside sales, trade shows, referrals, etc. • Lead new business development efforts • Manage corporate meetings and exhibitions • Represent Elligo Health Research at local, national, and international meetings pertinent to public relations and future business development • Assist in mentoring Directors and Associate Directors within the Business Development team • Maintain relationships with customers by anticipating and identifying customer challenges to provide solutions, information, and guidance • Recommend new opportunities and profit and service improvements • Establish and maintain industry and customer contacts for continuing good relations and business opportunity development • Develop and maintain customer profiles including updating contacts management system • Maximize market penetration by ensuring ongoing understanding of Elligo Health Research services and market/industry trends • Develop account strategies for all appropriate customers • Maintain Quality Service and Departmental Standards by adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participating in the modification of company SOPs related to Business Development

• Partner with Medical Affairs leadership to establish priorities, operational plans, and strategic investments. • Develop business reviews, leadership presentations, dashboards, operational metrics, and reporting. • Develop and continuously improve processes, governance, operating models, and performance metrics. • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and resource needs. • Oversee Medical Affairs operational support and vendor management. • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Medical Affairs and key cross-functional partners. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that advance Medical Affairs strategy. • Build strong relationships across a complex matrixed organization.

• Lead execution of pivotal clinical trials • Serve as Study Responsible Physician and provide medical oversight for one or more Phase 3 clinical studies supporting the late-stage development of ELVN-001. • Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to clinical scientists across assigned studies and development activities. • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Clinical Pharmacology, Regulatory Affairs, Translational Sciences, Data Management, and other functions to ensure high-quality and timely study execution. • Contribute to the design, conduct, analysis, and interpretation of late-stage oncology clinical trials. • Lead ongoing medical monitoring activities, including safety review, data interpretation, benefit-risk evaluation, protocol deviation review, and endpoint adjudication. • Collaborate with clinical scientists and cross-functional partners on: Preparation and review of clinical study documents, including protocols, amendments, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports. Medical review of clinical data and support of data review activities. Preparation and presentation of clinical data for internal governance meetings, investigator meetings, scientific congresses, and external stakeholder interactions. Development of study-related training materials and investigator communications. Support regulatory submissions and responses to Health Authority and Ethics Committee inquiries. Build and maintain relationships with clinical investigators, cooperative groups, and Key Opinion Leaders. Contribute to registrational clinical development strategy, Phase 3 execution, commercialization planning and lifecycle planning for oncology programs. Participate in preparation of scientific publications, abstracts, and presentations. Review and synthesize relevant scientific and medical literature to support program strategy and competitive awareness. Support broader clinical development and medical affairs initiatives as needed.
