Role Description The Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the credentialing and re-credentialing process for all practitioners applying for medical or allied health staff membership and/or clinical privileges. Provide support for all credentialing functions within the Medical Staff Office. • Lead execution of pivotal clinical trials • Serve as Study Responsible Physician and provide medical oversight for one or more Phase 3 clinical studies supporting the late-stage development of ELVN-001. • Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to clinical scientists across assigned studies and development activities. • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Clinical Pharmacology, Regulatory Affairs, Translational Sciences, Data Management, and other functions to ensure high-quality and timely study execution. • Contribute to the design, conduct, analysis, and interpretation of late-stage oncology clinical trials. • Lead ongoing medical monitoring activities, including safety review, data interpretation, benefit-risk evaluation, protocol deviation review, and endpoint adjudication. • Collaborate with clinical scientists and cross-functional partners on: Preparation and review of clinical study documents, including protocols, amendments, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports. • The Associate Director Clinical Scientist contributes to the execution of the clinical development plan for candidate drug products in collaboration with Project Leaders and Medical Directors. • The clinical scientist will be involved in operationalizing studies, monitoring data in real time to ensure the integrity of the study and proactively identifying issues in the conduct of trials. • Responsible for medical review and data analysis for the purposes of both data cleaning and interpretation for regulatory documents and publications. • Monitoring of clinical data: Perform high level clinical data review for quality and patient safety on an ongoing basis and escalate issues to the medical director as appropriate. • Work collaboratively with data management, clinical operations, and medical monitors to ensure clinical data review is performed efficiently and in alignment with the needs of the trial. • Generate and review clinical documents including concept sheets/decks, clinical study protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory documents. • Organize and present data, study designs, and other information to advisory boards, investigator meetings, site interactions, study committees, and other internal and external settings.
