Job Description - Drive best value supplier selection to achieve year over year savings on over $600M spend - Practice tenured experience in category management and sourcing in areas: HR, Finance, Tax, Contingent Workforce, Sales, GTM, Benefits, Workplace Services, Facilities, Real Estate, Security - Ensure sourcing serves as a critical enabler and value add to the business, while also governing spend and reducing contractual risk for our business stakeholders in operations - Manage, advise, and engage in the sourcing and contracting processes including evaluating, negotiating, and entering into contracts and renewing relationships with suppliers of goods and services. - Identify, evaluate and implement sourcing industry trends to advance company strategic sourcing excellence - Strengthen partnerships with business functions across the company to provide valuable consultation. - Ensure key business partners understand the strategic and tactical direction for sourcing efforts allowing for integration with company and department strategies - Develop a strong strategic advisor/partner relationship with the legal function to ensure best in class contracting practices are in place globally Qualifications What You Bring: - A successful candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in the strategic and operational aspects of sourcing and procurement within a high-growth, dynamic environment, with demonstrated expertise in the Professional Services category and related sub-categories such as IT Services, Contingent Workforce, Consulting, Employee Benefits, Workplace Services, Finance, Tax, Sales, GTM, Facilities, Real Estate, and Security. - This individual will be equipped to build and maintain a world-class team of employees and service partners, while bringing exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships at all levels. - The role requires deep knowledge of contract development and related legal issues, strong project management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategy, governance, and structure in a rapidly changing environment. - The ideal candidate will be adaptable, analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented, with a creative problem-solving approach, a strong track record of influencing and negotiating competing priorities among business partners, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional stakeholders and executives. - A strong grasp of business-oriented financial concepts, financial analysis, budget formulation, and business case development is also required, along with one or more relevant industry designations such as CPP, CPPM, or equivalent; an MBA degree is preferred. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $139,900 - $244,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
