Role Description As Renovations Project Manager at Flock Homes, you will be responsible for proposing and executing turns and value-add renovations on behalf of our Flagship Fund. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role can be remote or based on-site in Denver, with regular travel to our portfolio markets for site visits, vendor walkthroughs, and quality inspections. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred. - 5+ years in project management or operations, with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (real estate, fintech, proptech, funds, or similar). - Real estate, renovations, or property management exposure strongly preferred; remote work experience is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communicator. - Highly tech-fluent: quick to learn new systems, comfortable with AI-enabled tools, and inclined to build workflows rather than wait for them. - Proficient with AppFolio, Salesforce, and Google Workspace, plus standard remote collaboration tools. - Strong organizer who delivers across multiple concurrent projects while working independently and remotely. - Analytical and data-comfortable, with experience in metrics and operational reporting. - Thrives in ambiguity — pivots between projects, priorities, and markets and creates structure where none exists. Requirements - Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 25–50%, varying with project volume) to portfolio markets for property walkthroughs, vendor management, and renovation quality control. - Some trips arise on short notice.
