Role Description As Renovations Project Manager at Flock Homes, you will be responsible for proposing and executing turns and value-add renovations on behalf of our Flagship Fund. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role can be remote or based on-site in Denver, with regular travel to our portfolio markets for site visits, vendor walkthroughs, and quality inspections. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred. - 5+ years in project management or operations, with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (real estate, fintech, proptech, funds, or similar). - Real estate, renovations, or property management exposure strongly preferred; remote work experience is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communicator. - Highly tech-fluent: quick to learn new systems, comfortable with AI-enabled tools, and inclined to build workflows rather than wait for them. - Proficient with AppFolio, Salesforce, and Google Workspace, plus standard remote collaboration tools. - Strong organizer who delivers across multiple concurrent projects while working independently and remotely. - Analytical and data-comfortable, with experience in metrics and operational reporting. - Thrives in ambiguity — pivots between projects, priorities, and markets and creates structure where none exists. Requirements - Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 25–50%, varying with project volume) to portfolio markets for property walkthroughs, vendor management, and renovation quality control. - Some trips arise on short notice. • Advise on Veterinary Workflows: Partner with product managers to provide expertise on veterinary clinic operations and workflows, helping validate product decisions and reduce unnecessary user research. • Lead Cross Functional Projects: Coordinate strategic projects across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations, ensuring projects stay organized and on track from planning through execution. • Manage External Partnerships: Serve as the primary product contact for corporate veterinary groups, integration partners, and other third parties, leading discussions, gathering feedback, and driving collaborative initiatives. • Support Product Launches: Partner with product managers and cross functional teams to coordinate GTM activities, stakeholder communications, launch readiness, and post launch execution. • Bridge Business & Product Teams: Act as the liaison between product and business teams, helping align priorities, facilitate communication, and drive cross-functional initiatives forward. • Coordinate Product Operations: Track project timelines, manage dependencies, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure successful execution of key initiatives. • Maintain Product Documentation: Create and maintain project plans, process documentation, meeting notes, and internal resources that keep cross functional teams aligned. • Champion the Customer Perspective: Leverage firsthand veterinary experience to ensure product decisions reflect real clinic workflows and deliver meaningful value to veterinary teams.

• Leads and oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects with business enablement focus by establishing the operational plan (project scope, objectives, and timelines) allocating resources, and managing project budgets from initiation through completion. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, communicates project progress to stakeholders, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. • Analyzes the organization's project management practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance project efficiency and success. • Approves project plans, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. • Attends project meetings and collaborates with multiple departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and coordination to achieve project milestones. • Communicates direction and project goals to the project team, providing clear guidance and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Conducts project evaluations and assessments, monitoring progress, identifying risks and issues, and taking corrective actions to keep projects on track. • Consolidates information from various sources, synthesizing project data and insights to provide comprehensive reports and updates to stakeholders.
