Role Description As Renovations Project Manager at Flock Homes, you will be responsible for proposing and executing turns and value-add renovations on behalf of our Flagship Fund. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role can be remote or based on-site in Denver, with regular travel to our portfolio markets for site visits, vendor walkthroughs, and quality inspections. Requirements - Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 25–50%, varying with project volume) to portfolio markets for property walkthroughs, vendor management, and renovation quality control. - Some trips arise on short notice.
