• Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line • Build, coach and help Execute the Complex PCI portfolio Marketing strategies and campaigns across Western Europe region • The candidate will be the liaison between global team and the countries • Conduct competitive product analysis and market research • Help planning and driving initiatives that will increase the CRDN Product usage in the region

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management and marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with a strong emphasis on relationship building and stakeholder engagement
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 30%)
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, European product launch experience, country project and/or program management experience, and a second European language will be a plus.
