Flock HomesFlock seamlessly converts your individual rental property into fully passive, diversified shares in a pool of houses
Role Description As Renovations Project Manager at Flock Homes, you will be responsible for proposing and executing turns and value-add renovations on behalf of our Flagship Fund. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard of quality. Benefits - Target annual salary for this role is $100-120k, plus equity and benefits. - Medical/dental/vision insurance. - 401k. - Unlimited PTO.
