Role Description The Director, Product Management – Marketing Promotions & Player Experience is responsible for the strategy, execution, and financial performance (P&L) of marketing, promotional, and player-facing product capabilities across all customer-facing Light & Wonder products, including EGM, online, mobile, kiosk, and supporting systems. This role owns the end-to-end player experience, from acquisition and engagement through loyalty and retention, ensuring that marketing and promotional capabilities are cohesive, data-driven, scalable, and optimized for operator outcomes and player satisfaction. The role serves as the central business owner, aligning product strategy, roadmap, investment decisions, and go-to-market execution with clear revenue, margin, and ROI accountability. Essential Job Functions: - Owns the vision and strategy for marketing promotions and player experience across all customer-facing products and platforms. - Defines and drives end-to-end player journeys, ensuring consistency and differentiation across physical and digital touchpoints. - Partners with design, UX, analytics, and engineering to translate player insights and operator needs into scalable product capabilities. - Leads product management for player marketing, promotional mechanics, loyalty enablement, and engagement tools. - Ensures promotional features are configurable, compliant, measurable, and optimized for operator performance and player engagement. - Drives innovation in promotional offerings to increase player frequency, spend, and lifetime value. - Owns product-level P&L, including revenue growth, cost management, margin performance, and investment prioritization. - Builds and manages business cases, pricing strategies, and ROI models for new and existing products. - Allocates R&D and operational investment to maximize financial return and strategic impact. - Creates, maintains, and communicates a multi-year product roadmap aligned to business priorities, market needs, and financial goals. - Drives disciplined product lifecycle management from concept through launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions. - Ensures on-time, high-quality delivery through close collaboration with software development, QA, operations, and regulatory teams. - Leads cross-functional go-to-market execution, including positioning, launch readiness, sales enablement, and customer communications. - Serves as the senior product interface to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership. - Builds and manages key brand, partner, and licensor relationships as applicable. - Ensures all products meet gaming regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. - Maintains deep awareness of gaming industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging player experience expectations. Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including senior leadership roles. - Proven ownership of product P&L and financial performance. - Extensive experience in gaming player marketing and promotions. - Demonstrated success delivering player experience improvements across EGM, online, mobile, kiosk, and connected ecosystems. - Prior gaming industry experience strongly preferred. - Strong executive leadership and cross-functional influence. - Deep expertise in product strategy, lifecycle management, and roadmap execution. - Advanced financial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, and ROI analysis. - Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills. - Strong understanding of gaming regulations, compliance, and operational constraints. - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor’s degree in related field required. - Master’s degree preferred. Role Description Light & Wonder is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Process Excellence Engineer to serve as a dual-role leader — driving Lean transformation across the full enterprise value stream while simultaneously coordinating and managing AI-enabled continuous improvement initiatives. This is a senior individual contributor and project leadership role that will partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology teams to eliminate waste, accelerate throughput, and embed a culture of sustainable operational excellence. Position Summary The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst ensures the accuracy, integrity, and effective administration of L&W’s incentive compensation and equity programs. By providing expert analysis, maintaining high‑quality documentation, and supporting global compensation operations, this role strengthens L&W’s ability to reward performance reliably and consistently across the business. Job Summary: Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst provides oversight of documentation pertaining to L&W’s annual and quarterly compensation plans - ensuring accuracy of records are stored and coded properly, provides oversight and direction to business units for proper documentation, Quick Reference Guides and templates to capture proposal of plans. For certain incentive plans conducts analysis and calculations for administration of the plans. Manages file feeds to People Solution Center/People Tech teams for file uploads to Workday and/or ADP. Participates in the global Equity initiatives by validating information, analyzing information and provided quality checks to support the Equity Administrator’s work. Acts as a back-up to the Equity Administrator as needed including tasks associated with the Equity Administrator role. Completes compensation analysis for the Executive Compensation leader on an as needed basis as well. Outcomes: This role delivers consistent accuracy in incentive calculations, plan documentation, and system data integrity to support compliant and effective compensation operations. The analyst ensures seamless coordination with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal partners while supporting equity plan administration as needed. Success is demonstrated through improved process efficiency, reliable reporting, and high‑quality support for employees and business stakeholders. Essential Job Functions: - Leads incentive calculations for assigned plans, reconciles to plan Terms and Conditions, provides oversight advice to businesses on tools/templates to use for enhanced incentive governance, validates and performs quality checks for reconciliation of assigned incentive plans, and processes payments via workday and/or ADP. - Ensures coordination of incentive plan information into WorkDay and supports creation of documentation of incentive plans i.e., Plan Docs, Quick Reference Guides, etc. for Director of Global Comp to manage change management and communications pertaining to incentive plans. - Back-up Support for Equity Plan Administration: Provides support for the day-to-day administration of all equity plans (stock options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs, etc.), including processing new grants, exercises, terminations, and releases, when needed. - Provides support to the Data Management & Reconciliation: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the data within internal systems (using platforms like WorkDay, Computershare, etc.) and perform regular reconciliations of records between HR teams and Finance teams. - Provides support for the US Compliance & Reporting (Australian Compliance & Reporting is a plus): Ensure compliance with all U.S. and international securities laws, tax regulations (IRS, SEC), and internal controls (SOX 404). Assist with data gathering and review for SEC filings (Form 4, 10-K, proxy statements) and support internal and external audits. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and Human Resources, to ensure seamless transaction processing and validations for accurate financial reporting. - Employee Support and Education: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards, taxation, and plan participation. Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and webinars to help employees understand their benefits. - Provides support to projects and identifies and implements process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in incentive administration. Lead projects, timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders: legal, finance, treasury, accounting, PCBP teams, and HRIS. Qualifications - Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in stock plan administration, with a publicly traded U.S. company with a total of 5-7 years of compensation incentive experience. - Global Acumen: experience supporting or leading equity programs across a global employee base and leading platform transitions involving international teams. - Education: A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferrable but not required. - Certifications: A Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is highly valued or preferred. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and Equity platforms with strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) are essential. Experience with AUS-based Computershare/EquatePlus is a big advantage but not required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of various equity award types and a strong understanding of U.S. federal and state taxation, global tax considerations, and accounting rules related to equity compensation. - Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and effective communication skills are critical.
