Role Description The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving individual and team sales performance. This role combines expert product knowledge with a consultative selling approach to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships. The Sales Associate actively engages with clients in a welcoming environment, leverages clienteling tools and technology to expand business opportunities, and promotes loyalty programs to enhance customer value. In addition, this role supports operational excellence by maintaining visual standards, ensuring compliance, and adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
