Role Description Bringing exceptional talent on board across the globe for both technical and non-technical roles. - Owning the full recruitment cycle — from role scoping, sourcing strategy, market mapping, and candidate assessment to offer management and closing. - Partnering closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, and other business functions. - Building strong sourcing strategies for complex and senior-level roles in a competitive fintech market. - Finding creative and non-standard ways to attract and engage top talent. - Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape team structures, hiring priorities, and recruitment strategy. - Assessing candidates not only for experience, but also for skills, motivation, adaptability, and culture fit. - Delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process. - Contributing to AI-driven recruitment initiatives, automation, and process improvements. - Supporting employer brand activities through meaningful market presence and communication. Qualifications - At least 2+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, banking, financial services, or another fast-paced tech-driven environment. - Hands-on experience hiring both technical and non-technical roles across Europe and/or globally. - Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and closing. - Proven ability to close complex, senior, or hard-to-fill roles. - Strong technical recruitment understanding, with the ability to assess candidates for Engineering, Product, Data, IT, or similar roles. - Solid business hiring experience across functions such as Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, Sales, or Product Support. - Strong headhunting mindset — you know where to find the best people and how to win them over. - High level of candidate skills assessment and the ability to challenge hiring managers when needed. - Flexible, dynamic, and adaptable — you feel comfortable in a fast-changing scale-up environment. - Interest in AI-driven hiring tools, recruitment automation, and smarter ways of working. - Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate confidently across functions. - Passion for creating a world-class candidate experience. - Good command of English and fluent Russian.
