Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager looking for a fresh start? Do you have the skills and confidence to lead complex ground-up commercial construction projects from concept to completion? We are a fast-growing commercial remodeling company seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. This is a remote position with regular travel to job sites required. The right candidate will be comfortable managing field production, project budgets, and client communications while keeping projects on schedule and up to our high standards. - Lead and manage ground-up construction and large-scale commercial remodels - Oversee site operations, subcontractor coordination, and field production - Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and job cost tracking - Serve as the point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service - Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and construction regulations - Work effectively from a remote setting while staying closely connected to job site progress Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects - Expertise in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and floorplans - A solid understanding of structural systems, sitework, foundations, and sequencing of ground-up builds - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProCore (or similar project management platforms) - Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when working with demanding clients - Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills - Willingness to travel to construction sites and work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed Requirements - Ground-up experience is essential for this role. - High school diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. - Experienced tradespeople with significant ground-up project leadership experience will also be considered.
