• Lead the full proposal lifecycle, including the development, organization, and submission of assigned proposals in response to client RFPs and teaming partner requests. • Ensure all submission criteria are met, materials are formatted correctly, and final reviews ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and visual quality. • Develop and maintain proposal schedules, templates, checklists, and style guides to ensure timely, organized, and high-quality submissions. • Draft, edit, and refine technical narratives, project descriptions, resumes, and tailored content that reflects the company’s strengths and capabilities. • Collaborate with internal staff, management, and external business partners to gather information, manage input, and ensure all required details are integrated into proposal submissions. • Track proposal outcomes, maintain win/loss data, and develop resources to improve proposal efficiency and quality. • Prepare and organize interview materials, coordinate with internal and external partners to gather content, confirm participant details, and manage timelines to ensure readiness for interviews. • Assist with logistics planning, including practice sessions, equipment needs, and supporting team members during interviews. • Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and branded items for events and client outreach. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, teaming partners, and Quinn personnel to support business growth. • Assist with conference and event logistics, including registrations, hotel reservations, and material preparation as needed. • Coordinate with management to update and maintain Quinn’s website and marketing content as needed. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing, business development, and company initiatives.

• Drive effective implementation of multiple client PR programs • Manage account teams and programs to deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget • Develop and oversee the account teams in writing press materials, client correspondence, traditional and social media strategy and outreach, client reports, etc. • Anticipate issues • Delegate and assign work among team members • Make recommendations for ways to meet client needs • Serve as a representative of the client and agency on-site at client events • Manage account financials: develop and manage budgets, fee estimates, out-of-pocket expenses, team hour allocations, billing, invoicing, etc. • Regularly monitor to ensure execution is staying on-budget and is profitable; regularly report budget status to agency management • Provide analysis to clients of program results • Develop strategic, creative ideas and tactical elements for client programs • Serve as primary client contact and build/maintain strong relationships with key client personnel • Accommodate and anticipate client needs; make recommendations to clients • Respond to requests for information from clients in a timely manner • Lead client calls, meetings, and presentations to the client; participate in client brainstorms; attend client events • Use metrics and analytics to provide insights and counsel to clients pertaining to programs and proposals • Recognize and seek opportunities to grow client accounts • Maintain relationships with key contacts at traditional and social media outlets; leverage those relationships to obtain desired media coverage on behalf of the agency and/or clients • Compile presentations for new business and business renewal proposals; participate in new business and/or business renewal pitches • Participate in agency brainstorm sessions for client programs • Serve as a senior leader on agency committees, as designated/asked; participate in and drive agency initiatives, visibility efforts and staff development • Demonstrate an interest in the long-range health of the agency • Represent the agency in professional associations; develop new professional contacts through participation in outside organizations • Ability to understand the clients’ business and relevant industry trends and use the information to develop strategic PR programs • Manage multiple accounts and projects • Train and mentor junior and mid-level staff • Effectively delegate work among account teams • Travel to client and event locations; meet with clients at their office locations/headquarters • Demonstrate strong writing, editing, presentation and interpersonal communications skills • Show integrity and good judgment when working with colleagues and clients • Deal constructively with client and personnel situations
