This is a remote position with regular travel to job sites required. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. - Experienced tradespeople with significant ground-up project leadership experience will also be considered. Role Description As a Project Manager at REZ, you will lead ground-up commercial construction and major remodel projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing projects across multiple locations while working remotely with the REZ team.
