Outside Plant Project Manager
Hunter
• Own the successful planning, on-budget execution, timely completion, and closeout of telecommunications construction and deployment projects • Oversee all phases of multiple telecommunications projects, from inception through completion • Develop detailed project plans, monitor financials, update internal tracking systems, and provide regular updates on progress and budget status • Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained and distribute close-out materials to relevant parties promptly • Act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, maintaining regular and effective communications • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality; collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of fiber optic construction project management experience
- Demonstrated experience meeting project deadlines
- Experience managing large scale FTTH projects
- Current working knowledge of Outside Plant architectures, including aerial, underground, and building applications
- Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday, etc.
