Role Description As a Business Technology Owner - AI, you will play a key role in driving the development and expansion of OneReach AI Platform solutions across the Customer Experience Organization. You will: - Collaborate with stakeholders to execute on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer support. - Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and prioritizing use cases to ensure the features meet the needs of students, instructors, and educational institutions. - Create and manage the backlog, clearly defining project charters, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities for the AI Administrator and technology development teams. - Manage all end-to-end project execution including writing epics and stories based on themes prioritized from the journey maps for the content delivery teams to execute. - Partner with Business Intelligence teams and key stakeholders to leverage data and analytics that drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred); equivalent education, certifications, or relevant qualifications may also be considered. - Minimum 5 years of applicable experience managing and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time and within budget. - Experience designing and delivering complex customer support solutions with intuitive user experiences from concept through launch. - Strong understanding of end-to-end software development processes, business requirements, knowledge management, and conversational AI concepts. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders in decentralized environments, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and effectively engage with senior management. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms, with strong skills in communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management. Own the design, configuration and operationalization of the Securiti.ai platform for an enterprise privacy-compliance program — turning DSAR, DPIA, RoPA and consent requirements into a working, defensible capability the client can run after transition. - 2+ years hands-on Securiti.ai — discovery & classification, DSAR automation, DPIA, RoPA, consent modules - Multi-cloud connector configuration: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud; SaaS sources incl. M365 & Salesforce - Architect and configure the Securiti.ai Data Command Center — discovery, classification and data-mapping modules across the multi-cloud estate - Stand up DSAR intake and fulfillment automation, DPIA/PIA workflows, RoPA and Universal Consent Management - Map cross-border transfer obligations and EU AI Act touchpoints into the platform's assessment framework - Integrate with the surrounding stack — DSPM, data catalog, CMDB and SaaS sources — and tune classification accuracy - Deliver runbooks, role-based training and knowledge transfer for client self-sufficiency. Qualifications - Working fluency in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and U.S. state privacy laws; EU AI Act awareness - Experience operationalizing DSAR SLAs, records of processing and consent at enterprise scale - Data mapping and lineage across structured/unstructured stores; Databricks & ServiceNow CMDB familiarity a plus - API-based integration experience; DSPM tooling exposure (e.g., Wiz, Microsoft Purview) valued - Preferred: Securiti.ai certification(s) — Privacy Ops / Data Command Center, IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM or CIPT; CISSP or equivalent security credential a plus

• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows across teams (e.g., RevOps, Legal, Marketing, Security, Finance, Customer Success). Connect data platforms, AI models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot), and internal applications into integrated, production-grade solutions. Ensure all implementations are scalable, secure, and maintainable across global regions. Own and communicate an enterprise-wide AI opportunity roadmap aligned to business priorities. • Provide concrete, tailored guidance on AI tools, efficient and secure usage, vendors, and architectures — from LLM integration and prompt engineering to workflow automation, agentic systems, and intelligent data pipelines. • Ensure all AI deployments align with the company's security posture, data governance standards, and multi-country regulatory requirements — leveraging deep cybersecurity context to address risk proactively before it reaches deployment. • Design and deliver enablement content — playbooks, workshops, executive briefings, and reference guides — that raise AI literacy and capability across the organization at all levels. • Monitor and improve model usage efficiency, consumption patterns, and system performance across all AI implementations. Implement best practices including prompt optimization, caching strategies, and shared resource management. Define success metrics for AI initiatives, monitor adoption and outcomes across departments, and present ROI results and strategic recommendations to the SVP of Information Systems and executive leadership. • Establish and lead communities of practice where teams share wins, lessons learned, and reusable AI assets — preventing duplicated effort and accelerating adoption across global regions. • Design and deliver structured training programs — workshops, onboarding modules, and role-specific enablement sessions — that build practical AI fluency across BeyondTrust. Partner with HR and departmental leaders to ensure training is embedded into workflows, not treated as a one-time event. • Monitor the evolving AI vendor and tooling landscape, represent the company at industry events, and bring emerging best practices and capabilities inward before competitors capitalize on them. • Build senior-level relationships across business units to shape priorities and investment decisions. This position carries executive sponsorship and operates with the backing of the AI Steering Committee — giving you the organizational credibility to drive alignment, not just advocate for it.
