Our client is a growing organization focused on leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to improve operational efficiency across multiple business functions. As they continue modernizing internal processes, they are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to identify workflow improvement opportunities, implement practical AI solutions, and help teams reduce manual work through scalable automation. The AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency across multiple departments. The AI Automation Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to recommend practical automation solutions, integrate business systems, document workflows, and support organization-wide AI adoption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, implementing low-code automation solutions, and helping businesses work smarter through AI. Location: Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities - Process Evaluation & Optimization - Evaluate business processes across departments to identify automation opportunities. - Recommend workflow improvements that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. - Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business priorities. - Identify scalable opportunities for process optimization. - AI & Automation Implementation - Design and implement AI-powered workflows across the organization. - Integrate business systems using modern automation platforms. - Build AI assistants and productivity workflows that support multiple teams. - Develop scalable automation solutions that improve operational performance. - Documentation & User Adoption - Document automation workflows and implementation processes. - Develop best practices for automation and AI usage. - Train internal users on newly implemented solutions. - Ensure automation initiatives remain maintainable and aligned with business needs. - Continuous Innovation - Stay current with emerging AI technologies and automation platforms. - Evaluate new tools that improve business productivity. - Recommend innovative AI solutions that support long-term operational improvements. - Promote continuous process optimization across the organization. Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, business operations, or related roles. - Experience implementing AI tools and automation platforms within business environments. - Experience integrating business systems and optimizing operational workflows. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on automation initiatives.
