• Work with Autodesk’s largest customers to define innovative Building design, engineering, and management strategies and solutions to ensure the greatest possible value from their Autodesk investment • Work with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and customer engagements to deliver those strategies and solutions • Work with the Autodesk Consulting Project Management team to ensure exceptional delivery against the Customer Success Plan • Shape the Autodesk Consulting service offering and how it is delivered • Interface with thought leaders within Autodesk, and beyond, to support and shape the Autodesk product offering • Be a trusted business partner to customers and internal Autodesk teams • Develop and deliver truly innovative business and technology solutions that have a strategic impact on Autodesk customers • Help Autodesk customers drive transformational change by leveraging proven change management methodologies • Lead facilitated workshops with Autodesk customers to identify solution opportunities and drive alignment on solution paths • Lead or assist in the creation of high-quality design, engineering, and operational management deliverables for customers • Define and track the value of solutions delivered to customers, and help document the impact of customer investment in Autodesk Consulting • Lead and/or participate in the development around new and expanded offerings as part of a comprehensive consulting delivery portfolio • Build the Autodesk Consulting brand by demonstrating thought leadership within the industry • Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring team members perform to the highest level of quality and professionalism • Mentor junior staff in successful customer engagement techniques including change management, strategic and critical thinking, workshop facilitation, and effective communication • Advise on project estimation and participate in business development activities
• Build and maintain backend software and data-centric features • Work with data using SQL and basic transformations • Learn and apply best practices through code reviews and collaboration
• Support the development and execution of Autodesk’s brand merchandising strategy across priority moments, campaigns, and initiatives. • Help translate brand strategy into tangible, high quality brand assets, toolkits, and experiences that teams can easily adopt and use. • Partner closely with the Brand Creative Studio to ensure brand merchandising is creatively compelling, strategically grounded, and operationally scalable. • Own day to day coordination, tracking, and delivery of brand merchandising initiatives, ensuring work is delivered on time, to brief, and to brand standards. • Partner with the Brand Strategy team and senior stakeholders to identify where teams need clarity, guidance, or tools to effectively activate the Autodesk brand. • Contribute to the creation and rollout of brand enablement materials, including playbooks, guidelines, toolkits, and internal communications. • Help ensure brand enablement work is practical, usable, and aligned to how teams actually operate, not just theoretically sound. • Support change management and adoption by gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and continuously improving enablement approaches. • Act as a connective tissue across Brand Strategy, Brand Creative Studio, and broader Marketing teams, helping work move smoothly from strategy to execution. • Prepare materials, updates, and readouts for leadership reviews and decision making forums. • Gain exposure to senior leaders within Marketing and the Office of the CMO, learning how enterprise priorities are set and executed. • Bring a fresh perspective, curiosity, and point of view to brand discussions, grounded in customer empathy and cultural relevance.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain high-quality, secure and stable code for use by other Autodesk teams to deliver products and solutions for customers. • Document code and features developed, including changes to existing code, making it easier for other developers to maintain, enhance, reuse, and localize. • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies. • Develop estimates for tasks, evaluate risks, and identify dependencies to aid in planning. • Work as part of a collaborative team of software engineers, QAs, and designers in Canada, Portland OR, and other worldwide engineering sites.
• Build, lead, and evolve a high-performing engineering organization • Establish clear team structure, roles, and growth paths • Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent development • Create an inclusive, accountable, and high-ownership culture • Coach leaders and senior SAs on outcome-driven execution • Define and operationalize quarterly and annual OKRs aligned to Technical Advisory strategy • Translate strategic priorities into measurable engineering outcomes • Implement structured review cadences and progress tracking • Drive alignment between individual, team, and organizational OKRs • Use metrics and data to continuously improve delivery predictability and business impact • Own and drive the multi-quarter Solution Engineering roadmap • Scale the Tools Program lifecycle from submission through standardization, hardening, validation, and publication • Improve time-to-productization and operational maturity • Define and track KPIs such as: Tool adoption and activation rates, Platform scalability, Reliability and incident reduction, Engineering throughput and cycle time • Partner with Consulting, Sales, and Product leadership to align investment with business value • Provide architectural oversight across advisory tools and platform capabilities • Ensure compliance with Autodesk technical, security, privacy, and operational standards • Champion modern cloud-native, API-first, and scalable design principles • Drive DevOps maturity, automation, CI/CD, and observability practices • Lead modernization efforts to convert bespoke engagement artifacts into production-ready services • Guide build vs. buy decisions and promote reuse of inner-source components • Lead team members to adopt AI tools responsibly in their job functions • Establish strong SDLC governance and quality frameworks • Ensure clear ownership models, SLAs, and lifecycle management • Oversee risk management, root cause analysis, and mitigation planning • Drive predictability across multiple concurrent initiatives • Manage resource planning aligned to capacity and strategic priorities
• Support the development of a digital readiness heat map that consolidates indicators such as: Sports venue status and maturity, Availability and reliability of digital data. • Ensure workflows and information are appropriately communicated and delivered to various internal departments and functions. • Assist in gathering and organizing inputs from internal Autodesk stakeholders and, where appropriate, materials shared by design team counterparts. • Help identify and document non-technical risk factors (e.g., contractual, organizational, access-related, or ownership considerations) that could influence digital delivery timelines or outcomes. • Contribute to the creation of concise, defensible summaries that present risks, assumptions, and constraints in a clear, executive-ready format. • Support internal alignment by preparing materials that may inform: Product positioning discussions, Expectation-setting with leadership, Escalation or prioritization decisions. • Maintain clear documentation of sources, assumptions, and known limitations to ensure analytical transparency.
• Evaluate AI-driven workflows supporting early-stage architectural design • Assess design problems related to space planning, structure, materials, reuse, and carbon performance • Review and analyze environmental, material, and building datasets • Advise on improvements to computational logic and workflow robustness • Compare AI-generated outputs with academic research methods • Test prototypes of multi-agent AI workflows that assess trade-offs across venue designs
• Contribute expert academic insight to AI-driven workflow development • Evaluate and advise on sustainability-related inquiries in building design • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams spanning sustainability, software, and AI research • Participate in the validation and comparative analysis of AI-generated results
• Gain knowledge of Autodesk products, our competitor’s products, and industry trends • Utilize Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other resources to help you be successful • Work directly with potential customers to better understand their business needs and find ways to solve their problems with Autodesk’s software as a solution • Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic projects as needed • Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative while learning sales process, sales skills, and industry knowledge
