Role Description The Client Health Strategies Consultant assures representation of the customer internally and assists in the development and implementation of health and wellness activities in support of group Medicare Advantage (MA). This position is a client-facing role that will collaborate with the customer, URS account management team, solutions and analytic team, marketing team, and URS clinical leadership. This position will focus on supporting the URS wellness team, coordinate with other functions to manage member and/or client virtual site systems, assist with client communication and marketing strategies, complete all assigned projects, and support customers on all programs embedded in the Group MA plan or any supplemental benefits and services. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Virtual Education Center (VEC) - manages custom site requests, larger site maintenance needs, annual updates from subject matter experts (SMEs), etc. - Manages open enrollment virtual meetings and reservations via the VEC on behalf of clients (reduces in-person meetings). - Virtual Information Center (VIC) - manages custom site requests and updates, overall site maintenance, annual updates from SMEs, etc. on behalf of clients. - Assists with monthly wellness communications and marketing strategies directly to clients and members in collaboration with our internal marketing team and external vendors. - Assist with coordinating and conducting in-person events for group MA wellness program, including acquisition and delivery of program collateral (i.e., brochures, flyers, giveaways, signage, etc.). - Collaborate with internal business partners to improve wellness program deployment with existing member benefits and resources. - Custom client reporting to include development of wellness program dashboard, standard reporting, ad hoc reporting, etc. - Share with internal business partners the voice of the customer to identify potential programming options. - Assist with vendor identification, outreach, and onboarding of new vendors. - Collaborate with the Associate Director, Supplier Diversity in identifying and contracting with diverse vendors. - Ensure fulfillment of client expectations and contract requirements. - All other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). - 1+ years of experience in health and wellness program development and/or instruction; wellness certification(s). - 1+ years of experience in working with various social media platforms. - 6+ months of experience in digital marketing strategies. - Ability to travel up to 25% domestically. Requirements - Health Coach, Health Fitness Instructor, Wellness or relevant Certification. Soft Skills - Effective interpersonal skills, influence, collaboration, and listening skills in understanding customer needs. - Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills. - Solid presentation skills. - Ability to develop custom campaigns/programs and oversee development of materials. - Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
