Role Description Clarity Partners is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a short-term client engagement. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions in support of healthcare operations and service delivery. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with product owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions in an agile environment. This position will report in a remote setting with some travel. - Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce. - Develop, test, and deliver user stories within sprint cycles following Agile methodologies. - Participate in sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements. - Deploy functionality across lower environments (DEV, QA, UAT) and support testing and validation efforts. - Create in-sprint test cases and System Integration Testing (SIT) scripts based on acceptance criteria. - Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing; document results and support defect resolution and retesting. - Ensure code quality through proper documentation, testing, and adherence to development standards. - Support Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. - Recommend and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness and process improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Previous Salesforce experience. - Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Salesforce configuration tools including workflows, process builder, flows, and custom objects. - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant preferred. - Ability to support a remote work environment with occasional travel as needed. • Create detailed technical design documents for EWM–ASRS integrations • Develop telegraph messages and communication logic between SAP EWM and the ASRS machine • Collaborate with client technical teams to define integration patterns and connectivity approaches • Work with SAP and non‑SAP teams to ensure solution alignment with organizational goals and governance controls • Support testing activities, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize message performance • Ensure compliance with federal technical and security requirements

• Works independently to determine mainframe z/OS software upgrade requirements to maintain all products at current and supported levels determined by IBM and third-party vendor(s) • Coordinates and schedules all major software upgrades between different Mainframe Technical support teams • Defines resource requirements in conjunction with other managers within Technical Services group to support software and hardware upgrade requirements • Develops and maintains standards for all Software Infrastructure and Program Products • Monitors CPU, Memory and DASD trends to maintain service levels of supported software • Performs Project Management for all major product upgrades to ensure mainframe stability and reliability objectives are sustained • Stays abreast of vendor software trends and product release schedules for the z/OS technology software on the IBM mainframe • Manages multiple projects, develops detailed implementation plans and schedules, and prepares periodic status reports • Consults with management and technical staff on other related mainframe software and hardware initiatives

Role Description The Enterprise Services Software Engineer designs, builds, and maintains production-grade software systems within distributed, API-driven architectures. This role focuses on developing scalable services, improving existing systems, ensuring system reliability, and supporting continuous integration and delivery across cloud environments. Engineers on this team collaborate directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams within BlackSky to deliver high-quality enterprise services and contribute to architectural decisions, performance improvements, and long-term maintainability. This role is remote and candidates will report to the Manager of Enterprise Services. The team operates primarily on East Coast time. While the locations listed in the job posting are ideal, we would love candidates near our Herndon, VA office. We may also consider remote candidates in certain states.
