Role Description As a Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analyst, you support and enhance the full employee lifecycle while driving global workforce planning and candidate experience initiatives. You act as a cross-functional partner, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Marketing to align hiring strategies with evolving business demand across multiple regions including the US, India, Brazil, and Europe. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced global environment. You bring a continuous improvement mindset and leverage data, tools, and market insights to optimize recruiting operations and workforce strategies. Day-to-Day - Optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to support hiring needs and enhance the global candidate experience across business units. - Develop job descriptions using market research, stakeholder input, and regional considerations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and consistency through AI tools and templates. - Build and manage candidate-centric platforms, including job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems, with a focus on performance optimization and targeted geographic strategies. - Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, outreach, interview coordination, preparation materials, ATS documentation, and reporting. - Manage candidate engagement channels such as career site chat and inbound inquiries, ensuring responsiveness across global time zones when needed. - Create and manage candidate marketing materials, including content curation and multi-step drip campaigns to engage passive talent. - Partner with Marketing on employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction strategies. - Own and administer the ATS, driving global adoption, system optimization, and reporting enhancements. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related project work. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, global environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging candidates and stakeholders across regions. - High attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential data and maintaining accurate ATS documentation. - Continuous improvement mindset with experience optimizing recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience. - Experience working with HR systems and recruiting tools, including ATS platforms (Breezy HR, SuccessFactors, ADP) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed). - Proficiency with data, reporting, and productivity tools (Power BI, Microsoft 365) and exposure to AI tools (Copilot, OpenAI, LinkedIn AI Search) to drive efficiency and insights.
• Design and architect end-to-end data platforms using the Databricks Lakehouse architecture. • Define and implement scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using Apache Spark and Delta Lake. • Partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate functional requirements into technical designs. • Establish and enforce data modeling, performance optimization, and cost-management best practices within Databricks. • Lead cloud-based implementations across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including networking, security, and access controls. • Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and design sessions. • Support production environments by troubleshooting data quality, performance, and reliability issues.

• Architect and guide implementation of Databricks‑based data platforms, leveraging Lakehouse and Medallion architecture best practices. • Provide hands‑on technical leadership across data engineering, analytics, and AI‑enabled use cases using Databricks. • Define and enforce data governance, security, and access control standards using Databricks Unity Catalog and enterprise data management principles. • Enable and support AI/ML workloads, including ML pipelines and model lifecycle integration within the Databricks ecosystem. • Optimize platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency with a FinOps‑oriented mindset. • Collaborate closely with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise data and analytics needs. • Serve as a resident technical authority, providing architectural guidance, mentoring teams, and ensuring solution quality and consistency.
• Architect and guide the implementation of scalable data solutions across modern cloud data platforms, including Databricks and Snowflake, leveraging best‑practice patterns and reference architectures. • Lead pre‑sales and business development efforts by assessing current‑state environments, identifying client pain points, comparing platform options, and justifying ROI for tailored data solutions. • Advise client executives (CTOs, CDOs) on data strategy, platform selection, modernization roadmaps, and enterprise‑scale architecture decisions. • Serve as the architectural authority during delivery, ensuring governance, quality, and alignment with original scope while acting as an escalation point for delivery teams. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engineering, BI, platform, integration, and A, to drive innovation and enable data democratization. • Mentor and guide data practitioners, leading technical discussions and delivery execution without direct people‑management responsibilities. • Stay current on platform evolution and emerging capabilities across the cloud data ecosystem, including advancements in analytics, governance, and AI tooling.
• Perform hands‑on configuration of the Profisee MDM SaaS platform across core master data domains • Design and implement data preparation logic, entity models, attributes, and relationships • Configure and tune match, merge, and survivorship rules, including auto‑match and potential match scenarios • Implement data quality and data standardization rules aligned with business and governance requirements • Partner with business and technical teams to validate MDM configurations, stewardship workflows, and business rules • Contribute to solution design discussions by providing recommendations on data ingestion approaches, matching strategies, and stewardship capabilities • Support testing, refinement, and documentation to ensure MDM configurations are ready for production deployment
