Senior Salesforce Configurator

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients • Bring first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored solutions • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor, guiding the project team and client throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment • Understand business goals and support discovery sessions • Collaborate with the Business Analyst or Product Owner to refine and prioritize user stories and features • Analyze complex business processes and convert them into manageable requirements • Champion solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and reduce technical debt • Lead configuration efforts, ensuring best practices are followed • Collaborate with the development team on interactions between declarative configurations and custom code • Mentor junior configurators and resolve blockers • Prepare for and lead client discussions, offering strategic technical recommendations
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com
- 5+ years of systems consulting experience
- Strong understanding of key business processes such as Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Expert Salesforce configurator
- Ability to work within a team environment, supported by strong communication skills
- Well-organized, results-driven, and eager to solve difficult problems
- Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel for team events as needed
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
