Uplinq
• Engage with prospective SMB clients to understand their bookkeeping and accounting challenges. • Present and demonstrate Uplinq's software solutions, highlighting technical features and integration capabilities. • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to develop strategies that address client needs and close deals. • Assist clients with the implementation and integration of Uplinq’s solutions into their existing systems. • Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of our software. • Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product development and improvement. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in bookkeeping and accounting technology.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the SMB sector.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as related software tools (e.g., QuickBooks Online) preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals.
- Experience with SaaS products and software integration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
